Lakeshore Marina Condos Policies - 2 Bedroom condo 3 night minimum required
- No smoking is allowed in the condos
- We allow some pets with a non-refundable pet deposit
Deposits and Refunds Credit Card on file for cleaning deposit if needed - Deposit for Reservations: 50% of condo rate
- Cancellations: Full refund up to 30 days prior to reservation
- No refunds after 30 day grace period
- Holidays and special event weeks are a 100% non-refundable
Condo cleaning and check-out
- You are responsible for leaving the condo as you found it.
- This includes routine cleaning only, including dusting, sweeping mopping, washing and putting away all dishes and removing all trash. This does not nclude washing linens, towels, etc. There is a dumpster located at south end of building by shed. If you would like us to clean the unit, we can do so for and additional $75.00 per one bedroom condo or $150.00 per 2 bedroom condo.
